Overview
Writesonic describes itself neither as a scheduler of posts nor as an administrator of social networks. The wording from the home page sounds like this: "The AI Search Growth Engine. GEO, AEO, and AI visibility in one platform. Track 10 AI platforms, run the work, prove the lift. Trusted by Amazon, Unilever, Acer & NP Digital." This is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment, and the list of known clients is its words as well.
What is important to understand straight away: the "10 AI platforms" from this phrase are not social networks. By the integrations page these are AI assistants: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI. The tool is busy with visibility in the answers of AI search engines, while work with social platforms is a side matter for it.
The interface language of the home page is en. Other language versions the markup does not declare.
A machine-readable index llms.txt the tool does have — a sign of a site prepared to be read by programs. About its size it is more honest to say this: the reading broke off at twenty thousand characters, so we know only that the file is at least 19,978 characters. This is our own measurement of the piece that was read on the date of the check, and not the length of the file, still less a claim by the tool.
Which platforms it works with
Two social platforms are confirmed: LinkedIn and YouTube. They are taken from the "Social & video" section on the integrations page and remain the only social platforms among the "20+ native integrations" declared there — everything else in the catalogue has no relation to social networks.
Neither Facebook, nor Instagram, nor TikTok, nor X is named in the section. This does not mean that the tool "does not work" with them in some broader sense — it means that the catalogue of integrations does not list them, and we have no confirmation of support.
What exactly the tool does on LinkedIn and YouTube — publishing, reading, analytics — the source does not specify.
How you earn with it
An affiliate programme at the tool is announced: the Writesonic Affiliate Program, the tracking is kept through FirstPromoter. There is one working address — /affiliate; the neighbouring /affiliates, /partners, /referral and /affiliate-program return 404, so looking for the programme at the customary addresses is useless.
The rate. 20% recurring commission from every referred client. The crediting is recurring, but limited by a term: twelve months from each referral. A restriction on the number of referrals the tool does not set.
The click tag. A 60-Day Cookie, attribution by last click — the wording of the page itself. Sixty days are named here outright, there is no need to guess.
Payouts. Monthly, through FirstPromoter. A tax form is mandatory: W-9 for the USA, W-8BEN for the rest of the countries — that is, joining the programme requires disclosure of tax status. Concrete payment systems (card, bank transfer, PayPal) the tool does not name.
The payout threshold is not named. The programme page does not give it. But another condition is named, one worth knowing in advance: the first commissions are held for 30 days.
Who is admitted. There is no traffic minimum, no exclusivity and no obligations as to terms, and being a client of Writesonic is not required. The application, in the tool's words, is usually approved within a day; joining goes through a separate registration address at FirstPromoter.
What is forbidden. Bidding on brand queries, coupon sites, and advertising competing with Writesonic's own promotion. Three restrictions are named outright, and they close off the cheapest ways of getting click-throughs.
What it will not do
It will not replace a social network scheduler. The tool has two confirmed social platforms — LinkedIn and YouTube. For the remaining networks the catalogue of integrations gives nothing.
It will not show you the terms of the affiliate programme as a separate document. The programme has no terms page of its own — the rules are set out only on the page /affiliate itself. If you need to refer to a clause of an agreement, there will be nothing to refer to.
It will not name the payout threshold in advance. The sum from which the commission can be withdrawn is not stated on the programme page.
