Aspire

Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.

Overview

Aspire is an influencer marketing platform. This is how it describes itself: "Join today's top ecommerce brands on the leading influencer marketing platform. Build lasting relationships and drive ROI with influencer marketing" (homepage). That self-description is the tool's own claim about itself, not an independent assessment; the words "today's top" and "leading" belong to the tool and are not verifiable against the sources available.

From the wording it is clear who the tool is addressed to: to e-commerce brands, not to creators. The work here is the selection of influencers, an agreement with them and the accounting of the result, not the running of your own pages. A publishing calendar, a queue of posts and page statistics are not among the verified facts.

The interface language of the homepage is English; no other language versions are declared by the markup (homepage).

The site is prepared for reading by programs: there is a machine-readable index llms.txt of 12,272 characters. The length is our own measurement on the date of the check, not the tool's own claim.

Which platforms it works with

The integrations page names five platforms: Pinterest, Facebook / Meta, Youtube, Instagram, TikTok. The spelling "Youtube" is kept as it is on the page.

In the same place the tool speaks of "direct partnerships with Meta, TikTok and Pinterest" — direct partnerships with three of the five. What exactly a direct partnership gives and how the work with these three differs from the work with the rest the page does not spell out.

Note what is not in the list: neither X, nor LinkedIn, nor Threads, nor Snapchat, nor Bluesky. The list reads as a closed one — it is a list of integrations, not an example.

How you earn with it

Aspire has two different programmes announced, and they should not be confused: their terms, participants and money are different.

The first is the Aspire Partner Program with four directions: Referral Partners, Agency & Services, Technology & Integration, PE & VC (partnerships page). The second is the Brand Referral Program, and it is only for current Aspire customers (programme page). Both pages were found through the sitemap: the usual addresses /affiliate, /partners and /referral answer with code 404.

For Referral Partners the wording is this: "Referral Partners earn commissions when the brands they introduce become a customer". The rate is not named — there is no numeric commission on the partnerships page. The term of the commission is declared, though: "Referral commissions last for one year, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon", that is, a year unless agreed otherwise.

For the Brand Referral Program the figures are, on the contrary, exact, but the reward is one-off: 25 USD as a gift card for a demo held; 250–350 USD of creator funds plus a 75 USD gift card for a contract with an SMB-level brand; 1,000–1,500 USD of creator funds plus 75 USD for an MM- or ENT-level brand.

It matters what creator funds are: these are funds on an account inside the platform, and they can be spent only on paying creators inside Aspire. They do not become ordinary money. Gift cards and creator funds are credited within two weeks after the signing of a contract for 12 months or more.

Cash payouts under the partnership programme go by direct transfer ("Payments are calculated and paid via direct deposit") up to four times a year, at the end of each calendar quarter.

The conditions of entry: the partner programme is free to join; the Brand Referral Program is only for current customers ("Any current customer of Aspire is eligible to participate"), and the brand brought in must be B2C and sign a contract for 12 months. Creators and agencies are considered individually.

What it will not do

Calculating the income under the Referral Partners programme in advance is not possible: the rate of the commission is named on the page neither as a percentage nor in money.

The lifetime of the click tag is named on neither of the two pages — how long your recommendation is valid from the point of view of the accounting is unknown. A minimum sum for a payout is not named either. A public text of the programme terms is not on the site: reading the rules in full from the outside before joining will not work.

Receiving the whole reward under the Brand Referral Program in money will not work: the greater part of it is creator funds, and those are spent only inside the platform on paying creators.

Fast payouts under the partnership programme are not to be expected: the settlement goes up to four times a year, at the ends of the quarters.

The cost of Aspire's own plans, the composition of a free plan and the limits of the platform the sources we checked do not name — which is why this deep dive has no sections on pricing, on free access or on restrictions.
