Rumble
Platform · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.
Overview
Rumble is a video platform. The write-up of its terms is short, but one of them is worth reading before you upload your first clip rather than after: a creator who accepts the agency agreement appoints the platform as their exclusive, worldwide agent for fifty years.
That is neither an exaggeration nor a paraphrase — the exact wording from the terms is quoted below.
Who is here
The terms contain no audience figures.
Getting started
It is worth starting with the section on agency options: what you accept when uploading lasts half a century.
What you can publish
Requirements for files, formats and duration the terms do not give.
How to grow
The terms say nothing about how clips are shown to viewers.
The road to monetisation
A share is named for one case: when the monetised embed code is used, the platform withholds an agency fee equal to 50% of net advertising revenue, and the rest is paid within thirty days of month end.
For the other agency options, no shares appear in the passage we read.
Limits and rules
This is where the substance is.
Exclusivity. Verbatim: «you are appointing and do hereby appoint Rumble as your exclusive, worldwide, perpetual Agent for such Content, and grant Rumble the exclusive right to distribute, display, reproduce, license, rent, sell, monetize, and otherwise exploit the Content».
The term is fifty years, and it renews itself. Verbatim: «The Agency Term means a 50 (fifty) year period commencing as of the date you enter into this Agreement. The Agency Term shall automatically renew for additional consecutive renewal terms of 50 (fifty) years each, unless either party gives written notice of its intent not to renew…, ninety (90) days prior to the expiration».
Nowhere else. For the whole term the creator undertakes not to distribute, display, license or monetise the same material anywhere: «you shall not distribute, display, reproduce, license, rent, sell, monetize, and otherwise exploit the Content in any medium, on any kind of display device, worldwide, for the duration of the Agency Term».
The practical consequence is simple: the same clip cannot be posted to another platform. Not «inadvisable» — not permitted by the agreement you accepted.
The trial turns into a paid subscription by itself. Thirty days free, then the subscription becomes paid automatically unless you cancel at least five days before the end.
Who it suits
Rumble suits someone prepared to give the platform exclusive rights to a particular piece of material for a very long time in exchange for its distribution effort.
It does not suit someone who runs several platforms at once and posts one clip in several places: the accepted agreement forbids exactly that.
We do not say whether this is good or bad: the agency model is a lawful way of working and has its reasons. We say that it is here, that its term is fifty years, and that it is signed by uploading.
Tools for this platform
The list is built from the tools' own facts: every line is a tool's statement that it supports the platform, with the source named. A tool missing from the list only means we have no such statement.

Legal
by accepting one of the agency options the creator appoints the platform as their EXCLUSIVE, worldwide, perpetual agent for that material: «you are appointing and do hereby appoint Rumble as your exclusive, worldwide, perpetual Agent for such Content, and grant Rumble the exclusive right to distribute, display, reproduce, license, rent, sell, monetize, and otherwise exploit the Content»
This condition is worth reading before you upload your first clip, not after

the agency term is 50 (fifty) years with automatic renewal for further fifty-year terms: «The Agency Term means a 50 (fifty) year period»; to decline renewal, written notice is required no later than 90 days before the term ends
