Rask AI
Tool · this deep dive is built from the official pages of the platform itself and of the tools that support it.
Overview
Rask AI translates videos and dubs them into other languages. The main claim is "AI-powered audio & video dubbing in over 130 languages". Alongside it are announced cloning of your own voice ("VoiceClone… in 32 languages"), recognition of several speakers ("Multi-speaker feature"), fitting of lip movement ("Use Lip-Sync to match the translated audio") and automatic captions ("Automatically generate and add captions to your videos").
There is a built-in editor and an API for stream processing. Separately named are free instruments: a caption generator, translation of captions and transcription of video. All of it from the homepage, that is, the tool's description of itself.
Note the difference of the figures: dubbing is declared for more than 130 languages, and voice cloning for 32.
Which platforms it works with
Direct export to social networks the tool does not announce. Of the means of embedding only an API is named — "Localize content at scale with Rask API", that is, a path for those who put translation on a conveyor inside their own system.
Separately declared is the certification "SOC 2 Type II Certified". That is a claim about the order of handling data, not about support for platforms, and into a list of integrations it does not turn.
Pricing
The prices are from the pricing page, the currency is US dollars.
Creator — "$60/month" monthly or "$33/month" with annual payment ("billed $396 yearly", "Save $324/year (45% off)"). Creator Pro — "$150/month" monthly or "$78/month" with annual ("billed $936 yearly", "Save $864/year (48% off)"). Business — "$750/month" monthly or "$500/month" with annual ("billed $6,000 yearly"). Enterprise — "Custom", on request.
What is free
A free plan exists: Free — "$0", "3 minutes included". It includes uploading of video, cloning of the speaker's voice in 32 languages and work in the built-in editor.
The three minutes are given out once, not monthly: one short clip — and the free limit is exhausted.
Restrictions
The limit is counted in minutes of processed video.
Free — 3 minutes. Creator — "300 minutes/year" with annual payment or 25 minutes a month with monthly. Creator Pro — "1,200 minutes/year" or 100 minutes a month. Business — "6,000 minutes/year". Enterprise — "Custom minutes per month".
Minutes can be bought on top, but not by everyone: "$3 / extra minute" is announced for the Business plan and only on the annual plans. On monthly payment the source does not name such a possibility.
Annual payment here gives not only a discount but a different unit of account: a yearly stock of minutes is spent unevenly, a monthly one burns up month by month.
Rights to the output
The rights to what is created stay with you, and commercial use is permitted in direct words — among the tools we have checked a rare case.
The terms say: "You are permitted to use the Content you create through our Service outside of the Service, including in commercial contexts, provided that such use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms" — what is created may be used outside the tool as well, including commercially, if that does not break the laws and the terms themselves. And separately: "You retain full ownership rights to any Content created through our Service".
In the part for corporate customers the same is said still more definitely: "Customer owns and retains all right, title and interest (including all intellectual property rights) in and to (i) the Customer Data, and (ii) the video content generated by the Services specifically for Customer (“Video Output”)".
This permission has one boundary and it is about the tool itself, not about the output: "You are not allowed to resell or commercially use any part of the Service". Selling dubbed clips is allowed, reselling access to Rask — no.
Do they train on your data
The source does not say. Neither the terms, nor the privacy policy say whether the models are trained on uploaded video and voice, and no opt-out is described. In the policy there is only the general wording about "data analysis, identifying usage trends… to evaluate and improve our Service".
For a tool that offers to clone your voice, the silence is noticeable. But this is not an assertion that there is no training.
How you earn with it
But a way in which the tool does not hinder earning is named outright: the terms permit using what is created outside the tool "including in commercial contexts" and leave the rights to the output with you. For work to order — translating and voicing other people's clips — this is that very clause which most of the tools we have checked do not have in their contract.
There is one restriction and it is named above: reselling the tool itself or any part of it the terms forbid. Selling your own work, done with its help, they do not forbid.
What it will not do
It will not be able to publish a clip for you: export straight to social networks is not announced, of the means of embedding only an API is named.
It is not ready to give more than three minutes free of charge: the free volume is given out once.
It does not offer to sell you minutes above the plan on monthly payment: the top-up "$3 / extra minute" is announced for the annual plans.
It will not clone a voice in all the declared languages: dubbing is announced for more than 130 languages, voice cloning for 32.
It does not agree to allow resale of the tool itself: "You are not allowed to resell or commercially use any part of the Service".
Requirements to mark what AI has created the tool does not put forward: the words "watermark" and "C2PA" are not in the terms — and that with a product that makes a synthetic voice and fitted articulation.

the service claims translation into 135 languages and voice cloning in 32 languages (the feature line in the navigation: «Translations in 135 languages Voice Cloning in 32 languages»), while the home page and tool pages word it differently — «130+ languages»; by name the service lists 28 voice cloning languages on separate pages: Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Filipino, Finnish, French, German, Greek, HINDI, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, RUSSIAN, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Turkish, Ukrainian — that is, Russian, Arabic, Hindi and Chinese are supported
the service publishes no full list of the 135 languages; the names of the 28 cloning languages were taken from its own sitemap https://www.rask.ai/sitemap.xml (the /voicecloning/... sections). The discrepancy between «130+» and «135» on pages of the same site is noted, but is not treated as a contradiction between documents — it is rounding in a marketing line
